Lauren & Darren | Romantic Fall Wedding at Gardencourt in Louisville, KY
Set on the grounds of a historic Beaux-Arts mansion in the heart of Louisville, Lauren and Darren’s October wedding at Gardencourt was the picture of timeless romance. The colors, the setting, the weather — every piece of the day felt like it belonged in a storybook.
Their ceremony took place in the mansion’s rose garden, framed by classic brick architecture and the soft rustle of fall leaves. The palette of deep wine, soft blush, and ivory played beautifully against the golden October light. Afterward, guests enjoyed cocktail hour on the mansion’s wraparound porch, with the sounds of a live string ensemble floating through the air.
Dinner was held inside the mansion itself — an elegant space with so much old-world charm, it almost felt like stepping back in time. And then it was time to celebrate! The reception moved into the ballroom, where laughter, dancing, and a whole lot of joy filled the night.
It was such a beautiful celebration of love, surrounded by history, music, and the people who matter most.
